Q: What is an authorized and unauthorized Sim Card? A: Authorize Sim Card is a Sim Card that come with the original phone. Example: at&t Sim Card is authorize Sim Card for at&t phone. Via versa; a T-Mobile Sim Card is an unauthorized Sim Card for at&t phone.

What is Phone Flashing

Flashing is similar to unlocking but for CDMA Phones. CDMA carriers are Sprint, Verizon, and Cricket. Unlocking is for GSM phones. Phones that use SIM Cards like ATT and Tmobile. Sprint and Verizon do not allow Flashed phones on thier networks. Technically it is possible to flash a phones to those networks But they wont allow you to use it on their network. Cricket is the only network that allows you to use a flashed phone on their network. Once a cell phone is flashed to a network it can only be used on that network. If you wanted to use it on a different CDMA network you would have to re-flash back for that network. Unlocked phones can work on any GSM network once unlocked, all you need to do is change the SIM card out with an active SIM on the GSM Network you want to use your phone on and you are up and running.

PRD refers to an identification number on a Blackberry smartphone. It stands for Product Requirements Documents. The number is a sort/batch number and is reference to where, when and for which wireless carrier the handset was manufactured for. All Blackberry models are not alike, but differ depending on the firmware installed, the software, language and the branding needed for the designated telecom provider they are going to be sold under.

The PRD number comprises of of eight numbers and can look something like this:
